What a full rebuild involves

Not every piece needs the full treatment — sometimes new foam and a fresh cover is all it takes. When a piece does need a full rebuild, old fabric, foam, and worn webbing come off completely so we can see, and correct, what earlier work covered up. Solid hardwood frames get a light cleanup, and any loose joints are glued and clamped back into place — extensive refinishing we hand off to a specialist. The piece is then re-sprung and refilled with premium foam and padding, and re-covered in designer-grade fabrics with hand-finished seams, ready to be lived on for years.
